Where are products made?

Physical products are made to order by our print-on-demand partner. Production happens after your payment clears; nothing sits in a warehouse. Digital products such as the Qualification & Training Record are files you download instantly — they are not manufactured or shipped.

How long does delivery take?

Physical products usually take 3–5 working days to produce, followed by 2–4 working days for UK delivery and 5–12 working days for international destinations. Digital products are available immediately after payment. Estimates are estimates — not guarantees.

Can I combine items into one shipment?

We batch items within an order where the fulfilment partner supports it. Very occasionally an order ships in two packages; you'll receive tracking for each.

Do you offer bulk or team orders?

How do refunds work?

Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items are refunded or replaced. Change-of-mind returns on made-to-order items are considered case by case under UK law.

Is my card safe?

All payments run through Stripe's secure hosted checkout. inlaw never sees or stores your card details.
