Help students at your institution discover in-house legal careers.
How to apply — 4 quick steps
- 1Sign in to your inlaw account (or create one) so we can attach the application to you.
- 2Open the form at /campus-ambassadors/apply — or tap “Apply now” above.
- 3Fill it in: your institution, course, expected graduation year, motivation, and your institutional email (e.g. name@uni.ac.uk).
- 4Submit and verify: we'll email your institutional address with a verification link. Click it and your application goes to review — you'll hear back by email and in your notifications.
Takes about 5 minutes. You can save and come back — the form remembers your progress once you're signed in.
What ambassadors do.
Ambassadors are student volunteers who help other students at their university understand in-house legal careers. That might mean introducing inlaw to your law society or careers service, promoting approved events and resources, or proposing a campus talk. It's educational — not sales, not influencer work, and not a substitute for paid staff.

Benefits depend on active, satisfactory participation. We don't promise employment, training contracts, work experience, mentorship matches or references.
Eligibility.
- –You're 18 or over
- –You have an active inlaw account
- –You're enrolled at a recognised UK institution
- –You have an active institutional email address
- –You can commit to the ambassador agreement and code of conduct
- –You have enough remaining time at your institution to make a meaningful contribution
For the MVP the programme is for university and higher-education students only. School partnerships will be added later through approved institutions and adult staff contacts.
Campus Ambassadors are student volunteers approved by inlaw. They are not employees of inlaw or official representatives of their institution unless expressly stated. Ambassadors do not provide legal advice.
