inlaw is a UK community of in-house legal professionals. Post a job, promote it, and speak only with candidates who’ve opted in. Every candidate on inlaw is private by default — you see who applies to you and, optionally, people who opt in to recruiter outreach.
In-house employers
Your first posting on us, then pay per job
Your first published legal job is complimentary for each verified employer organisation. After that, each published job is £99 and stays live for 30 days. No placement fee, no commission and no success fee if you hire. Everyone in your HR or talent team works from the same organisation allowance — colleagues are never charged separately.

How candidate visibility works. Every user is private by default. When a user applies to your job, you can see their profile. If a user turns on “open to recruiters” and allows recruiter outreach, they show up in your search — unless they’ve added your company to their blocklist.
Payments. Payments are processed via Stripe. Prices exclude any applicable tax; VAT and other taxes are calculated at checkout.
